If you’re looking for things to do in New York City this June, there’s no shortage of options especially when it comes to live music.
But every once in a while, something shows up that feels a little more personal.
A little more up close.
A little more worth your time.
The Music Oasis — June 6 at Triad Theatre
For one day, The Music Oasis is bringing its creative retreat experience into New York City.
Hosted at the Triad Theatre, the day is split into two parts:
Afternoon Workshops (1–5 PM)
Three in-depth sessions led by working artists:
- Greg Dayton — blues, songwriting, and feel
- Anson Jones — harmony and musicality
- Marlon Saunders — vocal performance and interpretation
These are designed to be practical, interactive, and grounded in real experience.
Evening Concert (7–8:30 PM)
An intimate live performance featuring:
Greg Dayton
Marlon Saunders
Anson Jones
- special guests
Stripped-down, acoustic, and close enough to actually feel the music.
Why It’s Worth Going
If you enjoy live music and want something that feels a little more connected and intentional, this is the kind of event that’s easy to step into.
You can come for the workshops, the performance, or both.
