Items may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for non-defective or non-damaged items. Purchaser must contact The Music Oasis (See Contact Us section) within 7 days of the delivery of the item to request a return authorization number. The purchaser will be responsible for return shipping charges on non-defective items. The Music Oasis will refund only the cost of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable for non-defective or non-damaged items. Refunds for items that were shipped for free will be for the cost of the item minus our shipping fee unless the return is for defective items.
After 7 days from the delivery date, items will not be refunded unless defective. (See defective item Policy)
Damaged Item Policy
Items that show up damaged must be reported immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)to The Music Oasis, and should be pointed out to the shipping company if possible. When signing for a package the purchaser must point out any box damage to the currier at the time of the delivery. All packaging material must be kept for inspection by the delivery company. Upon receipt of the damaged item, a replacement item will be shipped.
The Music Oasis reserves the right to forfeit any exchange right, if item is determined to have been damaged after delivery.
Defective Merchandise Policy
Defective items are subject to warranty restrictions set forth by individual companies. Any warranty claims should be brought to the attention of The Music Oasis. We will help in anyway possible to satisfy the warranty claims of our companies, based on the proceedure set forth by the company in question.
